New Spawn by Players

Others and I have just finished the New Spawn Idea for January 2013! It took a lot of time and effort, but after about almost week, it has finally been completed!

^-Gold brick wall with "2013" in glass wall
-Gold chests would have all the items from the game that are currently in the chests now below spawn
-Crafting stations in the next row above the "2013" row similar to the December 2012 spawn (current), but with a few other small addings such as a crystal ball, bookcase, Keg and Loom
-Above the Crafting row is the 12 mannequins (on each side) with every armor from the game (least, center, to greatest, right/left)
-Below the "2013" gold room would be the spawn (Center sign on the floor below the 4 other signs) saying "ETS" in the background in red brick wall, also including the 4 signs (Registering, forum info, etc.) that are now currently at the spawn for December and a grandfather clock for players that wonder what the time is in the server (just an added touch)

^-Above the row of armors from the game, all 10 NPC's in their very own room determined by the color they seem to mainly fit (Nurse: White, Goblin: Green, Wizard: Purple-Obsidian, Etc.)
-Also, equipped with their specialties if their was any or if it was even possibly to do
*Gun Seller: Didn't have one, but I put a chest down... (lmao) - gray brick wall
*Demolitionist: Bomb statue since he is all about selling explosives to get the full outcome... a BIG BOOM - Copper brick wall
*Tailor: Mannequin (w/ hero clothing) because he sells people clothes and other cool styles -Copper brick wall
*Wire Girl: Out of all the NPC's is the ONLY ONE with a LIGHT SWITCH to be able to turn off her lights -Red brick wall
*Guide: Books... LOTS and LOTS of BOOKS because he is so smart that he knows what every item can craft -Stone brick wall (plain in my opinion)
*Dryad: Plants... LOTS and LOTS of PLANTS because she sells you seeds and sunflowers to stop corruption, woo! -Gold brick wall
*Wizard: Glass bottles that look like potions on the wooden platforms (lmao) because he seems like he would make potions -obsidian brick wall
*Nurse: A heart statue because she heals you to full health -pearlstone brick wall
*Goblin Tinkerer: A hammer statue because he forges your weapons into weapons of Destruction! Or into poop... -Mythril brick wall
*Old Man: Safe and piggy bank... cause he just sells them... -dirt wall... cause he wears a brown robe or something and seems boring

^-Above the NPC's, the left side will have all the ranks and information just like it does now when you type /warp ranks and are warped to the signs that explain how to get promoted or ranked up
-Right side (top) will have a list of all the Staff members bases on owner, admins, mods and assistants and also a list of VIP's and builders
-Right side (bottom) will have a sign with Updates/News/Announcements (New Staff member, Server maintenance, Etc.) that are happening in a couple days or maybe even a week, ALL the ETS players that HELPED build the New Spawn Project for possibly next month and another sign that can have whatever Erik wants

^-The JAIL (built similar to the JAIL that Erik has now, but with wood instead of candycane brick cause it won't be Christmas anymore) would be above the sign area inside the center of the tree's bushy, circular shape

^-The outside of the tree would have branches that light up at night, which in my opinion looks so god damn amazing! :3
-The way the leaves light up is how the big circular part of the tree would light up if you were able to see the whole thing just like the leaves


If you were able to read this entire long post and look at the entire pictures, then congratulations! I really made it detailed about every picture and every little thing because this New Spawn Project is a really big deal and may be your new spawn for January 2013. Thank you all for reading it and/or even taking a look at it in the game or on the server map on the forums! I look forward to what you think about the tree and if you think it is good enough to be January 2013's New Spawn, please be honest! I have one question. What is the tree suppose to symbolize or is it just what you thought it should be?

Green-You weren't really on during the times we were working on it Green, but I posted a post about if anyone wanted to help. I guess you missed it :/

Caboose-The tree is supposed to symbolize the beginning of January and te new year. Decmeber and November is the time when trees lose teir leaves due to the cold winter air an climate, so in january, i thought about a tree because trees will begin to grow their leaves back again and also is the logo for Terraria (the game).

Ah, I figured it was something along those lines. I thought that it showed the growth of the year before then since its a New Year you get to start over fresh.

Yeah, the spawn is already done Yitan, so there is nothing more that needs to be done as far as I know.

This is a very nice spawn idea.
I love how a lot of the community chipped in to help build this.

Unfortunately I was kind of looking for something that wasn't so.. cubic, I'm not a very big fan of square / rectangle houses..

Also kind of something that emphasized the 2013 aspect. New year!

There is also places already made for the signs, afk, jail , and npcs warps. (So that wouldn't have left much left if to be removed..)

Very nice creation though!

I know you werent a fan of squares and rectangles, but unfortunately thats what trees are lol loooooong taaaaaall rectangles with a bush on top lmao xD

I had included 2013 but i ddnt put new year since its only for 1 day or actually only a few minutes since its between december 31 and january 1 lol xD

Afk and jail ha warps, but npcs didnt because they kept getting moved around aince players always wanted the npcs in their houses :/ if they are at the spawn for this month and stay at the spawn or where ever they are, then awesome, but players are bound to move them, so i hope that doesnt happen like last month since players are always trying to find them around the map.

But thanks Erik, kind of wish you would have replied to this much earlier though instead of today lol the community and i were im so much suspense and kept wondering if you had accepted the spawn idea or not lol but thanks once again. We shall try our best for next month's spawn (February) (:
