server keeps on crashing

i dont know why it happens but it keeps happening frequently and its very inconvenient.
does does anyone know the reason for these frequent crashes or perhaps how to fix it?
if so then please fix it, this server is way to awesome for downtime! T_T

Lol I was playing with my friends on Minecraft and 2 of my friends literally lost their internet last night. They texted me telling me the fucking wind is in a pissed off mood and cut him internet out LMAO XD So I thought it had something to do with that C:
