Pumps in AFK

I went to AFK zone and i found this .


There are pumps with lava in AFK who did this?

It afk protected? If so then that means one of the staff did it, unless the region protection is too small. Staff should do the history command to check who placed it. Where is the other one?

There are also 1 second timers above the AFK building, and pumps at the top of the white square.

You can also see the wiring if you pull out a wiring tool.
