[Denied] ABUSIVE ADMIN VINCE

Ok, So Wildvine, my friend Tyler and I(MrNate) Were just hanging out right above the spawn building in the AFK room. Vince a very unprofessional Admin comes along starts yelling at us to leave, he kills us 5+ times and Mutes us for no reason. He said "To get off peoples houses" We were never on anyones house we were in the Fucking AFK room. Im not asking to be unmuted because I couldnt give a fuck.

You, Wildvine, and Tyler were not in the afk room. You were flying above, around, and in Chaos Lord and Ghost's house, and refusing to leave even after they asked you to. I asked you around two to three times to leave, and when you wouldn't, I killed you three so as to get you away. I had hoped it would serve enough warning. Yet, you merely accused me of being an "ABUSIVE ADMIN", and continued flying around Chaos and Ghost's house. When they asked you once again to leave, you refused yet again. You kept grappling onto their house, shooting disruptive boomeranges and flamethrowers, and claiming that you were "killing monsters". Again, Chaos Lord and Ghost asked you to leave their house. You refused. At that point you had not learned your lesson even when i killed you, so I kicked the three of you. When you came back on, you (MrNAte) and Tyler started accusing me of abusing my privileges. I tried to calmly explain to you which rule you broke, and why you were kicked. However, you did not seem as interested in understanding what went wrong, than you did in slandering me. At one point, I realized that reasoning with you would be pointless; to give the others players a break I permamuted you, and told you to complain on the forums. Erik, if you would, please recall the IRC chat and show everyone the dialogue between MrNate, Wildvine, and Tyler. I will assure you that I did not insult or abuse them even once; and that in contrast they were very abusive with their words.

Also, Assistants are assistants, not admin.

Last but not least, you didn't provide any proof.

And finally, it STATES IN THE RULES when you type /rules, to "Leave a players House/Area if asked", which you didn't leave the player's house and leading up to you breaking a rule, which is why you were slayed or killed.

Indeed, if you broke one rule, it resolves in a kick unless it has something to do with spamming or using caps. This does not result in an abuse of an Assistant. Vince is a very kind person to me, although there is no proof unless Erik brings up the IRC. Erik is currently off, so I assume you must wait a day for this to resolve. Calling Assistants+ 'unproffessional' isn't a very good word to fit 'abusive' . He knows a lot of commands. Also, I think tyler was one of the people that griefed my house minorly, unless you were all guests, so I am not 100% sure. Also, if this isn't an unmute request, then why is this here? This is only for unban and unmute requests, no nonsense like reporting a staff member. I will comment if proof is provided so I can tell this person what to do and what not to do if Vince's statement was true. No I am not stating I am his mom XD . I will be stating the rules.

I say no, or [Denial] for me. Even if he is muted, he said:

Im not asking to be unmuted because I couldnt give a fuck.

So basically what he is trying to say is "I don't care if I am muted." Why post a report on Vince on the place you are supposed to ask to be unmuted? Also, it doesn't say anything about the AFK zone. It only says something about spawn or above spawn. Also he is not replying to this topic at all, so it basically means he has nothing to say and he knows what he did wrong, or he probably didn't learn anything from this lol. I think more staff should say something about this. After all, Vince permamuted them, but I vote [Denial] because it has no format and it has nothing about wanting to be unmuted.

MrNate, if you have read the logs that I posted above, it would seem that your side of the story lacks quite a bit of detail and is thus biased. You and your companions were breaking the rules by insisting on flying around another player's house, and spamming so many projectiles that their screens started to lag. You ignored me countless times when I asked you to leave, and became enraged when I disciplined you for breaking the rules. However, the reason I permamuted you in the end was because you showed absolutely no interest in learning this server's rules; you only seemed determined to insult me profusely. As it has been two whole days and you have not responded to your own thread, I will keep you and your companions permamuted.
