What has this player done?: Griefing and hacking (refer to https://etsdownforgood.canadian-forum.com/t393-report-l-hihilol258 for apparently the "hacking" pictures)

What is this player's ranking position in game?: Citizen

Additional information: I was checking history and found that Hihilol258 had griefed a golden brick and golden brick wall hotel that JakeZGamer and CaptainJelly had made.

I didnt ban him yet or ban him at all if he was banned. I only reported him to have the staff target him for ban.
