Offending player's in-game name: ralfs

What has this player done?: Griefing

What is this player's ranking position in game?: Citizen

Additional information: He wouldn't get out of mia's house even if he wast told to. Ralfs wanted to help mia but mia doesn't need help. Mia just hated him and ralfs said if mia hated him he will destroy the house. He was also childish.
