Offending player's in-game name: killer_bigpoint

What has this player done?: Griefing

What is this player's ranking position in game?: Citizen

Additional information: He was saying that he's griefing a house. I just acted normally and asked a tpa to him. Luckily, I got pics of him griefing with his name on my cursor. It's hard to picture while the griefer is moving.
