/heal Command was taken from Active Citizens.
Assistants now have '/killr' (Killing players for reasons, such as; "/killr Get out of the way!")
Citizens and up now have '/sinfo' and '/cinfo' to check who's stuff is who's.
Assistants now have '/sunset' for sign abuse. (Still report such actions.)
Gave several restricted items permissions to Assistants, forgot to.
Rule added "No Harassment Of Other Players"
