Server Maintenance 23/02/2013

Chests fixed, I had a back up of the entire server's chests, it's a day or two old but no worries.
- Donator permissions fixed, and items should properly be unrestricted.
- AFK removed, it seems like a useless thing to have in-game. (The building will stand until next map, or perhaps stay?) (Short Command?)
- (New Map!) removed since the map is soon drawing to a close, and a new.

- Shadow orb messages disabled, to due hacking spam of it.

Not much, just thought I'd keep everyone up to date.
