I was in my house, then suddendly...

I found Matrix spamming. So many reports, wow.
Offending player's in-game name: xJulieBar47 (I have no idea what you mean, or me or the user, man)

What has this player done?: He spammed.

What is this player's ranking position in game?: Active Citizen.

Additional information:

Any proof/photos/videos: I put it already.

Do you have any additional proof to show that he got kicked around roughly 5 times? I have no problem muting a player, but if they spammed in the server one time then its not as bad, which is why they get automatically kicked for spamming. If its 3 times, then its a mute, so i will need 2 more pictures of different times he got kicked for me to accept a permamute for the player.

I would need more proof of spam, not just one picture, because spam isnt as bad as griefing. A person griefs one house an they get banned, but spam isnt so bad. With that said, unless you have more proof, I will have to [decline].
