Offending player's in-game name: -Eduardo

What has this player done?: He doesn't speak english.

What is this player's ranking position in game?: Citizen

Additional information: I was creating some buildings then I saw in chat brubs and -Eduardo speaking portuguese spanish.

Hmm, there is no need to ban him for this. If he simply does not comply with us, he could get permamuted. If I see him, I'll try speaking to him and informing him. Hopefully we can work this out, thank you.
