What has this player done?: Griefing and abusing

What is this player's ranking position in game?: Citizen

Additional information:

I was walking around the server and I teleported to my friends house. I noticed D.J. Muau5 griefing and I said STOP! He said he was getting good materials and I told him that there were items at spawn that were free to take. He replied "oh why didnt anyone tell me that before". He later called me a "dumbass" for saying I was going to report him. Here are the coordinates of the grief. 4629 ft. east and 398 above.

Have you tried pressing f12 (steam screenshot) or ctrl+printscreen?
By the way, got the evidence with /history.
