Added new rule to in-game /rules saying no privileges abuse. (Rules might be re-written soon.)
Max damage & max ranged damage raised to 250 from 175. (Staff watch for hackers who use weapons that aren't supposed to hit that high)
Name changing plug-in added so that foreign names with characters that simply do not show up on Terraria chat will be blocked out. (Very useful for griefing rollbacks and kicking & banning)
Added a "Good Byes" section to the forum for those who cannot waste away on the computer like others (me).
