Server & Forum Maintenance 12/12/2012

Users are now allowed to post links & e-mails within forum posts. (Not sure why this was disabled.)
Accepted Applications forum locked, due to someone trying to apply there.
Forum Signatures are now enabled, and attach at the bottom of user's posts. (Again, not sure why this was disabled.)
Taken the last 'set time' command I accidentally left, Sorry but I like the server time to be natural and untouched.
Added a Staff tab at the top of the forum, complete list of the in-game and forum staff.
Added categories to the forum, looks prettier.
Added "Bugs & Glitches" forum. *Be the first to post!*
Added "Name Changes" forum.
Requirements for application updated yet again, 12/12/12.
