Server Maintenance 08/12/2012

Changed the MOTD & added the forum website & such.
Reserved slots taken from Builder & VIP, because those with reserved slots do not have to login & therefore do not show up on the tile history.
Expanded the size of spawn to 180 blocks since someone, who's name I will not say, keeps modifying spawn, despite it being put back multiple times.
Changed the color of the Forum broadcast to purple so that it'll stand out more!

Just thought I'd keep everyone up to date & explain these 'Maintenances'.
