How long have you been apart of the ETS community for?:2 days, but i believe that I can apply because I'm Builder, I'm sorry if i misunderstood.
Timezone:Pacific Time Zone
Why do you deserve the rank that you are applying for?:

1) I always try to help people as much as I can. I try to solve problems for people such as hackers, grievers, etc.
2) I try to be nice to everyone so they can have fun and make more friends.
3) I am very active on this server, at least 2-4 hours on a week day, on a weekend, I'm usually on for 6-10 hours. (I love this server server)
4) I always will obey all the rules and use the commands wisely and thoughtfully.
5) I've been a Citizen for 3 days, then an Active citizen for about 4 days, now I am a Builder and I've built a giant Treehouse and an Infinite Killing Machine. I've been on the server for about 1-2 weeks

And captain_qcumber said builders don't need to have 2 weeks of forum age to apply.

captain_qcumber has corrected himself, nobody is above the requirements. (Meaning they are mandatory no matter what.)

I tried to explain as clearly as possible.. but I'll try again.
My post means that all requirements are not to be ignored, no matter what rank anyone is.

I was confused for a moment before you said this. If you don't need the forum requirements, then why is there even a requirements page about registration time, activity time, and post count requirements, right?

Because when I made this, I was told by Captain Qcumber that a Builder doesn't need to be 2 weeks old or have 10 posts, but he corrected himself so I guess I do need those requirements

Just saying, captain_qcumber CAN be testing us (not saying he is, just assuming) so that if we skip the requirements, he could see how smart/clever we are on requirements/rules and such.
